1. About Enlov & Vamhi Private Limited

Enlov is a dating application developed and operated by Vamhi Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India. Enlov is designed to help adults discover and build meaningful connections through profile-based matching, swiping, and in-app messaging.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Enlov is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the application. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If we discover or reasonably suspect that a user is under 18, we will immediately suspend and permanently delete the account and all associated data without prior notice.

2.2 Account Registration

To access Enlov, you must register an account using a valid mobile phone number. Registration is completed via a one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone number through Google Firebase Authentication. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration and on your profile

• Maintain only one active account—duplicate or multiple accounts are not permitted

• Keep your account credentials secure and do not share your OTP or account access with any third party

• Notify us immediately at support@vamhi.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

2.3 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Vamhi Private Limited is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from any unauthorised use of your account.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

3.1 Your Content

Enlov allows you to upload, post, and share content including profile photos, biographical information, preferences, and messages (collectively, "User Content"). You retain full ownership of all User Content that you submit to Enlov.

3.2 Licence Grant to Vamhi Private Limited

By submitting User Content to Enlov, you grant Vamhi Private Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to:

• Store, display, and distribute your User Content within the Enlov application to other users

• Moderate, resize, or format your content for display purposes

• Use anonymised, aggregated data derived from your content to improve app features and matching algorithms

This licence is limited to operating and improving the Enlov platform. We will not sell your photos or personal content to third parties, nor use them in external advertising without your explicit consent.

3.3 Content Standards

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit. You warrant that your User Content:

• Is accurate and genuinely represents you

• Does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party

• Does not contain false, misleading, or deceptive information

• Complies with all applicable laws of India

3.4 Vamhi Intellectual Property

All rights in and to the Enlov application — including its design, software, logos, trademarks, and proprietary matching algorithms — are owned exclusively by Vamhi Private Limited. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Vamhi's intellectual property outside of your personal, non-commercial use of the app.

4. Prohibited Conduct

To protect all users and maintain a safe community, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on Enlov. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

5. Profile Review Feature

Enlov operates a profile review system as a safety measure to protect the authenticity and integrity of our user community. When you create or update your profile:

• Your profile will be submitted for review before it becomes publicly visible to other users

• Our review team will assess your profile photos and information for compliance with these Terms and our Community Guidelines

• Profiles that pass review will be activated and made visible to other users

• Profiles that do not meet our standards will be returned for correction, with a reason provided where possible

Vamhi Private Limited reserves the right to reject, remove, or request changes to any profile content that violates these Terms, without prior notice. Review decisions are made at our sole discretion.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

6.1 Subscription Plans

Enlov offers optional paid subscription plans that unlock premium features within the application. Subscription details including pricing, billing periods, and included features are displayed within the app before purchase.

6.2 Billing & Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play Billing

• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play account settings

• Cancelling a subscription will stop future renewals — you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current paid period

• Vamhi Private Limited does not process payments directly and does not store your payment card details

6.3 Refund Policy

All subscription purchases and one-time purchases made through Enlov are processed via Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's standard refund policy. Vamhi Private Limited does not independently offer refunds outside of Google Play's policy.

• To request a refund, visit play.google.com/store/account or contact Google Play support directly

• One-time purchases (such as profile boosts or premium features) are non-refundable once consumed or used

• Vamhi Private Limited reserves the right to deny refunds where we find evidence of policy abuse or ToS violations

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Where a price change affects your existing subscription, we will notify you in advance via the app or email before the change takes effect. Continued use of the subscription after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6.5 Non-Transferability

Subscription benefits and any purchased features are tied to your Enlov account and are non-transferable. They cannot be moved to another account, gifted, or exchanged for cash.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

7.1 Termination by You

You may delete your Enlov account at any time by navigating to Settings and selecting "Delete Account" within the app. Upon deletion, your profile and personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active Google Play subscription — you must cancel this separately through Google Play.

7.2 Termination by Vamhi Private Limited

Vamhi Private Limited reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms of Service

• Engaged in conduct that is harmful, abusive, or threatening to other users

• Provided false information during registration or on your profile

• Been reported by multiple users for violating our Community Guidelines

• Engaged in fraudulent activity or attempted to compromise the security of the platform

7.3 Appeals

If you believe your account has been suspended or terminated in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting us at support@vamhi.com with the subject line "Account Appeal". We will review appeals on a case-by-case basis. Vamhi Private Limited's decision on appeals is final.

7.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to use Enlov immediately ceases. Any unused subscription period or purchased features are forfeited and are non-refundable, subject to Google Play's refund policy. Data deletion will follow the process described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Guarantee of Results

Enlov is a platform that facilitates connections between users. Vamhi Private Limited makes no guarantee that you will find a match, form a relationship, or have any particular outcome from using the application. We do not conduct background checks on users and cannot verify the accuracy of information provided by users on their profiles.

8.2 Platform Availability

We strive to maintain Enlov's availability at all times, but we do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend the app for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons without prior notice.

8.3 Third-Party Actions

Vamhi Private Limited is not responsible for the actions, content, or behaviour of any user of Enlov. We are not a party to any interactions, arrangements, or disputes that arise between users, whether on or off the platform.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vamhi Private Limited's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Enlov shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Vamhi Private Limited (via Google Play) in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall Vamhi Private Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vamhi Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including legal fees — arising out of or in any way related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Enlov application

• Your violation of these Terms of Service

• Your violation of any rights of another user or third party

• Any User Content you submit, post, or transmit through the app

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@vamhi.com to attempt to resolve your concern informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of receiving your written notice.

10.3 Arbitration

For disputes with a claim value below INR 1,00,00,000 (Rupees One Crore), the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration shall be:

• Conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties

• Held in Ghaziabad or Delhi, India, or conducted virtually if both parties agree

• Conducted in English

• Final and binding on both parties

10.4 Jurisdiction

For disputes not subject to arbitration, or where arbitration is not applicable, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad / Delhi, India.

10.5 No Class Actions

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against Vamhi Private Limited.

11. Changes to These Terms

Vamhi Private Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Notify you via a push notification or in-app message at least 7 days before the changes take effect

• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document

• Where required by law, seek your renewed acceptance of the updated Terms

Your continued use of Enlov after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Enlov and delete your account.
