Enlov offers optional premium subscriptions and one-time credit purchases to unlock additional features within the app. All payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing. Vamhi Private Limited does not process payments directly and does not store your payment card details.
Enlov has two premium tiers — Silver and Gold — each available across four billing periods. Prices are displayed in your local currency within the app before purchase.

Profile Boosts — temporarily increase your profile visibility in the discovery feed. One boost is consumed per use.
Super Likes — send a highlighted like to stand out to another user. One super like is consumed per send.
Extra Comments — leave a comment on another user's profile during the profile review feature. One comment credit is consumed per comment. These are in addition to any daily comment allowance included in your subscription.
⚠️ Warning: Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits are forfeited if your account is deleted and are not transferable between accounts.
All Enlov subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
The renewal charge is applied to your Google Play account automatically
You retain access to premium features until the end of the current paid period if you cancel mid-cycle
Vamhi Private Limited does not send a separate renewal reminder — please manage renewals through your Google Play account
To cancel your Enlov subscription:
Open the Google Play Store app on your device
Tap your profile icon in the top right
Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Select Enlov from the list
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions

⚠️ Warning: Deleting the Enlov app does NOT cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Google Play to stop future charges.
All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and subject to Google Play's standard refund policy. Vamhi Private Limited does not independently process refunds outside of Google Play.
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play within the eligible refund window.

Credit packs (Boosts, Super Likes, Extra Comments) are non-refundable once purchased. For unconsumed purchases, Google Play's standard refund policy applies.
⚠️ Warning: Vamhi Private Limited reserves the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of the Enlov Terms of Service.
You may upgrade at any time through the Enlov app or Google Play. The upgrade takes effect immediately and you will be charged the pro-rated difference as determined by Google Play.
Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. You will retain Gold features until the end of your current paid period.
Deleting your Enlov account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel separately through Google Play before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
All unused credit pack items (Boosts, Super Likes, Extra Comments) are forfeited and non-refundable upon account deletion
Active subscription access ends immediately upon account deletion
Account data is deleted per our Privacy Policy within 30 days
Vamhi Private Limited reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Where a price change affects your active subscription, you will be notified in advance through the app or via Google Play before the change takes effect.

This policy is effective as of March 2026 and applies to all Enlov users. It should be read alongside the Enlov Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Silver and Gold feature inclusions are subject to change — the most up-to-date feature list is always displayed within the Enlov app. Recommended for legal review before publishing.
