Effective Date: March 2026 | App: Enlov | Company: Vamhi Private Limited
Vamhi Private Limited has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form on the Enlov platform. This document outlines our standards, detection measures, reporting mechanisms, and response procedures in compliance with Google Play Store requirements and applicable laws of India.
Enlov is strictly an 18+ platform. The creation, distribution, solicitation, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors is absolutely prohibited on Enlov and constitutes an immediate and permanent ban.
Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
Uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that sexually depicts or exploits a minor
Grooming behaviour — attempting to build a relationship with a minor for the purpose of exploitation
Soliciting sexual content or communication from a minor
Using Enlov to arrange or facilitate sexual contact with a minor
Sharing links to external CSAM content of any kind
Impersonating a minor or misrepresenting age to exploit other users
Enlov enforces an 18+ minimum age requirement through the following measures:
Users must confirm they are 18 or older during account registration
All profiles go through Enlov's review process — reviewers are trained to flag profiles that appear to belong to minors
Any profile suspected to belong to a minor is immediately suspended pending investigation
Confirmed underage accounts are permanently deleted and all associated data is removed
Vamhi Private Limited employs the following measures to detect and prevent CSAE on the Enlov platform:
Measure | Description |
|---|---|
Profile Review | Every profile is manually reviewed. Reviewers are instructed to flag any profile that appears to belong to a minor or contains inappropriate content involving minors |
Photo Screening | Profile photos are reviewed as part of the profile review process. Any photo that appears to depict a minor or contains exploitative content is rejected and the account is flagged for investigation |
User Reporting | All users can report any profile or chat message directly within the app. Reports are reviewed by our team as a priority |
Chat Monitoring | Reported chat conversations are reviewed for CSAE-related content. Any conversation flagged for CSAE is escalated immediately |
Account Suspension | Any account flagged for CSAE-related activity is immediately suspended pending investigation — prior to confirmation |
Enlov provides in-app reporting on both profiles and chat conversations. Any user can report another user at any time.
Navigate to the user's profile
Tap the Report button
Select the reason — including options for underage user or inappropriate content
Submit the report
Open the chat conversation
Long press the message or tap the Report option

All reports are reviewed by the Enlov moderation team. Reports involving suspected CSAE are treated as the highest priority and escalated immediately.
